A simple finger-coordination exercise that alternates different shapes in each hand. It may help improve brain-body coordination, mental refocusing, posture awareness, and smoother breathing.

How to do it
Raise both hands and make “2” with the right hand and “3” with the left hand.
Then switch to “2” with the left hand and “3” with the right hand.
Move slowly, keep breathing, and repeat 10–20 times.
If raising the arms feels uncomfortable, do it at chest level.
