| Price | Monthly plans (in US dollars): - Reset: US$30 / month (2 Live Group sessions per month) - Weekly: US$60 / month (4 Live Group sessions per month) - Personal: US$130 / month (4 Live Group sessions plus one Private Session per month) Billed in US dollars; the amount in your local currency is determined by your card issuer's exchange rate. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Free trial: 1 session at no charge. No card registration required. The free trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan. Billing begins only if you choose a plan. |

| Refunds, Returns & Service Issues | Cancellations & Refunds As this is a digital service, refunds for customer-initiated cancellations are not provided except where required by applicable law. Cancelling before the next billing date stops all future charges. You retain access until the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid. Unused sessions within the current billing period expire at the end of that period. Service Defects & Operator-Caused Issues If an instructor cancels a confirmed session, your session credit will be returned. If the service cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to us (e.g., system failures), we will arrange a make-up session, issue a service credit, or provide a refund. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges If a duplicate charge is confirmed, we will promptly issue a refund or void the charge.
