How a 45-minute live session helps
Slow, extended exhales are associated with a shift toward the parasympathetic ("rest and digest") side of the nervous system — a state research suggests can support the body's natural wind-down before sleep.
What you'll actually do

Common worries
I'm a total beginner — is that ok?+
Absolutely. Classes are small, so the teacher sees you and keeps it at your pace. Many members start as complete beginners.
Do I have to turn my camera on?+
Camera on is recommended so your teacher can guide your form, but it's your choice — you're welcome to join with it off and just follow along.
Will I be charged for the free trial?+
No. Your first session requires no card and starts no subscription. Billing begins only when you actively choose a monthly plan.
