For tiredness that rest alone doesn't fix.

Rest days don't feel restful — fatigue accumulates faster than it clears.

How a 45-minute live session helps

Restorative, fully supported poses may help the body settle into genuine rest, and gentle leg-elevating shapes are associated with supporting circulation and lymphatic flow.

What you'll actually do

Restorative supported poses with long, easy holds — no effort required.

Your 45 minutes

  1. 1

    0–5 min

Start lying down — that's allowed here

  2. 2

    5–35 min

Long, supported restorative holds. No effort required

  3. 3

    35–45 min

Deep rest — then an early night

Common worries

I'm a total beginner — is that ok?+

Absolutely. Classes are small, so the teacher sees you and keeps it at your pace. Many members start as complete beginners.

Do I have to turn my camera on?+

Camera on is recommended so your teacher can guide your form, but it's your choice — you're welcome to join with it off and just follow along.

Will I be charged for the free trial?+

No. Your first session requires no card and starts no subscription. Billing begins only when you actively choose a monthly plan.
