This sounds like you.

Attention scatters across tabs and pings — deep work gets harder to enter, and harder to hold.

How a 45-minute live session helps

Balancing poses and breath counting ask for single-pointed attention, and research suggests short mindful-movement breaks may support focus in the time that follows.

What you'll actually do

A short balancing-and-breath-counting practice before you start deep work.

Common worries

I'm a total beginner — is that ok?+

Absolutely. Classes are small, so the teacher sees you and keeps it at your pace. Many members start as complete beginners.

Do I have to turn my camera on?+

Camera on is recommended so your teacher can guide your form, but it's your choice — you're welcome to join with it off and just follow along.

Will I be charged for the free trial?+

No. Your first session requires no card and starts no subscription. Billing begins only when you actively choose a monthly plan.
