A calmer answer · Eye fatigue

Real rest for screen-tired eyes and a foggy head.

Screens hold your gaze in one place for hours — eyes strain, and the tension spreads to your temples and neck.

How a 45-minute live session helps

Resting the gaze and releasing the muscles around the neck and shoulders may ease the strain that builds during prolonged screen focus.

What you'll actually do

A screen-break sequence: gaze rest, slow neck releases, and a few rounds of easy breathing.

Your 45 minutes

  1. 1

    0–5 min

Eyes off the screen, gaze to the distance

  2. 2

    5–35 min

Release neck, shoulders and temples, with gaze-rest built in

  3. 3

    35–45 min

    Close with eyes-closed rest

Common worries

I'm a total beginner — is that ok?+

Absolutely. Classes are small, so the teacher sees you and keeps it at your pace. Many members start as complete beginners.

Do I have to turn my camera on?+

Camera on is recommended so your teacher can guide your form, but it's your choice — you're welcome to join with it off and just follow along.

Will I be charged for the free trial?+

No. Your first session requires no card and starts no subscription. Billing begins only when you actively choose a monthly plan.
