How a 45-minute live session helps

Breath-led movement is associated with lower perceived stress in many studies, and regular practice may support a steadier stress response over time.

What you'll actually do

Guided breathing with an exhale longer than the inhale, paired with gentle, unhurried movement.

Your 45 minutes

  1. 1

    0–5 min

Five minutes of nothing but breath

  2. 2

    5–35 min

Unhurried movement and long exhales to unclench a braced body

  3. 3

    35–45 min

A quieter mind to return to

Common worries

I'm a total beginner — is that ok?+

Absolutely. Classes are small, so the teacher sees you and keeps it at your pace. Many members start as complete beginners.

Do I have to turn my camera on?+

Camera on is recommended so your teacher can guide your form, but it's your choice — you're welcome to join with it off and just follow along.

Will I be charged for the free trial?+

No. Your first session requires no card and starts no subscription. Billing begins only when you actively choose a monthly plan.
