How a 45-minute live session helps
Slow, breath-led stretching may help release tension held in the muscles and fascia around the neck and shoulders, while gentle loading supports the joints that carry your posture.
What you'll actually do
A slow neck-and-shoulder release sequence, holding each side for several steady breaths.

Common worries
I'm a total beginner — is that ok?+
Absolutely. Classes are small, so the teacher sees you and keeps it at your pace. Many members start as complete beginners.
Do I have to turn my camera on?+
Camera on is recommended so your teacher can guide your form, but it's your choice — you're welcome to join with it off and just follow along.
Will I be charged for the free trial?+
No. Your first session requires no card and starts no subscription. Billing begins only when you actively choose a monthly plan.
